What can l do about that? they ignore my calls, then l drive almost an hour to go see them so they can fix it and they never show up? is there something l can do about this? how can l report this? l do not know anything about the legal system.. HELP! : * (

You need to play dirty and go around the dealer!! The best way to do this is to call and write a follow-up letter to the bank (with a copy to the dealer) and explain not to fund the loan as the vehicle is defective. Explain to the bank you used all your money as the down payment and your unable to fix the vehicle. This may help.

You bought a used car ''AS IS''.

Pay for your repairs like anyone else who does not have a warranty on their vehicle!

You bought a used car! Unless some type of warranty was included, the dealer does not have to do anything for you. What do you mean ''they fail to show up''? Is not this a business you're dealing with? There is no excuse for them not taking your calls, but what is it you expect them to do?

if he had cometied some tipe of warrenty & your break down in it & repair cost is more than your valuable time go legaly other wise do it yourself

Does the car have a warranty, or is it AS-IS?

If it is AS-IS then you need to pay for the repairs.

If you paid for a car that has a warranty that covers the repairs, then they should fix it.
