l found a 07 BMW 335i coupe for almost $40k at a lexus dealership. l went in and took a look at the car it was very clean. l spoke w/the finance manager and got the car down to 36k. Then l went home and talked to the sales manager in a few days and got the car down to 35K. The car is pretty much fully loaded w/ nav, premium, sports package. l checked with edmunds TMV shows the car is valued at $38,000 w/trade in value with all the options. l dont think l can bring it lower than that. l have perfect credit w/the 760 and getting a credit union loan up to $25,000-with a 4.99% theyre not giving me any higher than that. Hes sending me the price of 35k+ 8.25% tax which is $2892+ dealer lic fee+ $344+ reg fee $8 comes out to $38299 out the door. But this morning l check the wbsite and saw they lowered the advertised price down to $37,700. This is the best price l found so far. l also noticed cars like this does not sell alot in this market right now. Can l talk down ever lower or should l take the deal. Does the out door price sound consistent and fair? compared to dealer fees? Please let me know im trying to find how much dealer costs comes out with the out the door price. Thanks in advance

l believe that the price u have worked them down to is consistent & fair. l myself just bought an 06 325ci & paid about 5 thousand less than u would be paying for yours, granted the mileage on mine was very low. l would take that deal, as l believe it to be the best price u will probably find anywhere. If the dealership is desperate to sell, they may lower it a bit more, but push ur luck for too long & u could miss out & it will sell right beneath ur nose. Better act soon!

What market r u referring? The BMW 335i coupe is sold out for 2008 ML & there is a short waiting list for the 2009 ML & r going for close to MSRP all day long.

You have a great deal at that Lexus dealer, it is time to shut up & put out or u will risk losing that deal, they may sell it to someone willing to pay more. l am assuming this is a good deal, but u did not mention miles, l hope they r low.

l used to be in the automotive business as a sales consultant. It sounds to me that you are getting a fair deal. You would be doing yourself a favor to take that deal now. As we would say in the automotive business, ''You snooze you lose''.
