The car is in good condition. it has 42000+ miles on it. it has a strong mildew smell in it from when the car had been shampooed but not allowed to dry thoroughly, or so the dealer says. the asking price is 19450. this is around kbb pricing but l wanna know if there is a lower price that is more appropiate.
