to begin, l know nothing about scooters.
l live in Minnesota, and l wanna get a scooter to get to work. My job is about 15 miles from my house. Do scooters go on sale this time of year in cold areas? Is there a scooter that l could ride for more of the year than others? Can l get a scooter on a payment plan?

speed limits on the roads u will be driving on will determine how fast u will need to go. A 50cc scooter will go about 30-35 mph & u do not need a motorcycle license to ride it. However l recommend 100cc or more. You should read this article:
