sorry, you're stuck with it. it is a done deal as soon as you sign the contract and car depreciates (loses value) quite a bit as soon as you drive it off the lot, regardless of actual mileage. In fact, they would be losing money as they can not sell a used car at new-car value, and they can not lie about it. The DMV has a record of title transfer.

YOU would be losing money. And a lot of it. You can trade in ur current car for the black one but there is the instant depreciation hit a car takes as soon as u drive off the lot, any cash down u put on this one, all the tax, license & other fees u paid on this one & possibly ALL the finance charges on ur current loan if it is a Rule 78 or personal loan.

You're right, the dealer will not be losing money. He will be making money. But u will lose money . a lot of it.

Sure you can trade it in and by the new one but you will be losing money due to depreciation.

Allow me to help. You DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ALL THE INTEREST. All auto loans are simple interest loans. You only pay daily interest. Now, to trade for this car they are going to offer you wholsale value for the car. They are in business to make money. We trade and buy at wholesale and re sell at retail. If you paid 4996 for it they will most likely offer you $2000.00 for it. To get what you paid for it you will have to sell it yourself. Good Luck
